At JMJ Phillip we believe that with success comes responsibility for greater community outreach. In 2009 JMJ Phillip launched the Manufacturing Transition Initiative which will help hundreds of workers in 2010 with their resumes, interviewing skills and job search free of charge.
Each year JMJ Phillip also takes great pride in selecting a handful of charities to make considerable donations to. These have included the Toys for Tots, American Red Cross, Various Food Banks and Soldiers Overseas as well as Disaster Relief Funds.
